Alcove Customer Service Training

qrsevlo Alcove has a business program devoted to common business practices for the current age. The program contains information such as e-mail practices, phone practices, website practices, organizational practices, and just otherwise "how to conduct business through technology". Our program is available online free of charge (download only), or in a seminar format for a nominal fee!

If your interested in our seminar version, please contact us and we'll get back to you.

Our program is divided into separate modules, so it's not a "all or none" program. You only need to receive the information you want, with nothing else.

E-Mail Module

Our e-mail module contains information such as:

  • How not to e-mail
  • What e-mails should contain
  • Ethical e-mail list policies
  • How to pick an e-mail
  • How to use signatures

While it probably seems overly obvious what to do in all these areas -- almost every company violates some unspoken rule of business e-mails! The information provided in this module is a must-have for all businesses.

Website Practices

This module covers general website appearance and content information.

Organizational Practices

While a bit open, and more of a per-company module, it contains information such as:

  • How to organize information
  • Usability of information
  • What to use to organize information

Telephone Practices

Telephone module covers simple items such as basic phone guidelines, wait times and other related information.

Customer Service

Customer Service Training Module is geared towards online and other technology based approaches to customer service. While it does overlap all other modules (in fact, it contains information from all other modules), it does contain items not covered in any other module.

Some Features:

  • Dealing with customers (complaints and otherwise) over:
    • E-Mail
    • Phone
    • In-Person
    • Mail
  • Keeping repeat customers
  • Maintaining Customer Loyalty
